Fund raising coordinator for LEED programs:

Qualifications and experiences:
Experience in marketing / raising funds, know Tamil and English in reading and writing.

Nature of work:
Will be in charge of fund raising and reporting to the head of the organisation, planning programs which is fund raising in nature, marketing of LEED products, communicating to possible donors, donor agency, corporate, individual, prepare proposals, etc

Salary:
10000/- per month + percentage based Incentives

 

Coordinator for LEED Program:

Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Social Work or any Degree Graduate / post graduate with experience in handling programs / projects. (Preference - Community Development specialization)

Experience:
Should have work experience as coordinator in NGO or worked in NGO’s. Fresher can also apply.

Nature of work:
Conduct meetings, co-ordination of over all programs, maintain all programs, reports, other related programmes , Fund Rising , design new programmes, maintain accounts/ budget and manage the staffs, allocation of jobs for the team , organising awareness programs , etc, independently.

Skills:
Sound organisation skills, Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, Knowledge of Tamil spoken and written, Networking experience working with NGOs , Adequate knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office , Global level knowledge related to concern subjects (Education, child’s rights and child participation, women’s rights, youth development etc) , passionate about and commitment to work , ready to take any assignment , Flexible approach to working hours and duties including some evenings and weekends as required , Ability to travel frequently.

Salary: Consolidated amount of Rs.15000/- to Rs. 20000/- per month, based on ability and performance

 

Coordinator for LEED Administration:

Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Social Work or any Degree Graduate / post graduate with experience in handling accounts / administration.

Experience:
Should have work experience as office co-ordinator, accountant in NGO’s.

Nature of work:
Conduct meetings, minutes of the meeting, co-ordination of overall administration, maintain all accounts, Office stock, staff payroll, reports, able to operate Tally and related programmes , able to handle all statutory requirements of Income Tax, EPF, Professional Tax, etc, independently.

Skills:
Sound organisation skills, Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, Knowledge of Tamil spoken and written, Networking experience working with NGOs , Adequate knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office , passionate about and commitment to work, ready to take any assignment , Flexible approach to working hours and duties including some evenings and weekends as required , Ability to travel frequently.

Salary: Consolidated amount of Rs.15000/- to Rs. 20000/- per month, based on ability and performance.

 

Field Social Worker for LEED- Family Development Program:

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree of social work, Sociology, Psychology

Experience:
fresher and experienced candidate interested to work with underprivileged people can apply

Nature of work:
family visits, counselling, meetings, documentation

Skills:
Sound organisation skills, Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, Knowledge of Tamil spoken and written, Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office , interested in counselling , A personal interest in and commitment to social issues, ready to take any assignment , Flexible approach to working hours and duties including some evenings and weekends as required , Ability to travel frequently

Salary:
Consolidated amount of around Rs.6000/- to Rs. 8500/- per month, based on ability and performance.

Qualifications and experiences:
Persons from any nationality, who need to get experienced in working with an NGO, passionate about and committed to social work, Computer knowledge is essential, willing to do research / study of new programs. Knowledge in Tamil or English or any other language.
